Josh Alston is an incredible therapist. I Immediately felt at ease and safe with him to share any and all information in order for him to help guide me. What I truly appreciate is he does not judge, he listens and he helps you answer questions and find your path of what you want on your own. He will challenge, motivate and support you in the most compassionate way. For me, he is incomparable to any therapist I have seen. I would and will recommend him to anyone who is seeking therapy. I was impressed from my first meeting with him and never was I disappointed. You will not regret having him one your side and will be forever grateful for what he teaches you.

Josh has been helping my wife and I to work through some challenges in our relationship. He’s taught us how to talk to each other in a more healthy and respectful way. He’s always very empathetic and kind and he has a specific method. I was worried that going to a marriage counselor would be just randomly talking to a third party about stuff, but instead it’s actually structured in a way that makes sense, and it does help. I highly recommend seeing Josh if you have challenges in your relationship that you can’t overcome yourselves.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
